How to become a Select General Agency, LLC agent:

Complete an agency profile and attach a copy of your current E&O policy along with a copy of your agency license and fax or mail it to us. You must be appointed with Old American County Mutual Insurance Company. If you are not already appointed, be sure to enclose a check in the amount of $13.50 made payable to SGA and we will handle the appointment process with Old American for you.  This fee is based on what the Texas Department of Insurance charges to process the appointment.
